We received a rude awakening Thursday when we discovered our Internet access not working. After several calls to CL, it was determined, we had exceeded our 250GB per month data cap three times, and not three consecutive months, over the last year, and our PPPoE was shut off due to this. I was also informed I have one week to upgrade to a business level plan to avoid having the xDSL service shut disconnected completely. At double the cost.
