I had GPON 1 gig fiber installed a few weeks ago. Had to have techs out 3 times to work on low download and upload speeds. We finally have the down speeds where they should be. Upload speeds are maxing out at 600 and should be closer to 900. The last tech said its because "the box in the park" is not updated yet to handle 1 gig up. I'm paying for 1 gig up and down. Is it reasonable to ask for money back monthly until they can support the service they sold?
