Hi, we just got centurylink service about a month ago, and everyday, the internet seems to be getting worse... I have called their 1-800 and they say something is sending a "disconnect" signal. They haven't told me what it is. They want to send a tech out, but there wont be anyone home, so they won't do the work. Do any of you know what is going on? I am currently running an ActionTec c1900a since CenturyLink only will help you if you use their modem. I usually use a Netgear D7000, and was having the same issues, if not worse.
