Risks of PPPoE credentials being out in the open?

So I did something dumb and ended up dumping my router's full configuration to a pastebin-like service. This configuration includes PPPoE username and password and, if someone were to guess the paste's URL, that someone would have my credentials. So I have some questions if anyone knowledgeable of CL's internals can help: - Is this even a concern? i.e. are the credentials usable outside of the connection from the router to the ONT? - Assuming the credentials are usable, how can I go about getting the password changed? I have tried on multiple occasions to work through the support options associated with my account and never had luck finding someone that was equipped to handle my questions. I've only had actual effective help from techs here at DSLReports. - No, I see no mechanism in my CL account to accomplish this myself Thanks so much for any help
