The tech came out last week to install my new bonded DSL small business service and saw there was no line installed from the Centurylink box across the road to my house (It is a newer house with no prior service). He obviously could not run the new line across the road so he left without installing anything (He was a contractor, not a Centurylink tech). He said he would put in a ticket to try to get a line installed. Since that time, nothing has happened except for them starting to bill me for service.
How long does it normally take to get a line installed where they have to cross the street? Is there a department I should contact at Centurylink to try to get the line installed?
