New internet service and change to small business

After over 8 years of not being able to get DSL at my house because they had no available bandwidth I decided to check again on Centurylink's website after seeing a new CAF DSL box put right in front of my house (has no power but fiber has been ran to it for over 3 months now). It now says I can order 10/1 Internet for 45.00 a month. I immediately jumped on that and ordered a self-install kit and it says my DSL service will be activated next Friday. The only problem is that I do not have a line from the telephone box on the street to my house. I build the house 8 years ago in the country and when they said they could not provide DSL I just never ordered telephone service. Will they come out and install the line automatically or will I need to call someone to set this up? With the new CAF DSL box right in my front yard, should I ask the installer any questions to make sure I am connected to that new box? There are telephone boxes on each side of it that they could install the new line to my house from but obviously I want to be on the side that receives service from the new CAF box in my front yard. Also, after I ordered service, I found the https://www.centurylink.com/small-business/ site and it says on that site that I can get 20/2 for 60.00 a month. I would gladly pay 15.00 extra per month for double the bandwidth. Is there anyway to change my order or "upgrade" my service after it is installed to the small business service? Thanks.
