[Qwest] A rare look behind the curtain

For all your google repair techs, keyboard commandos, and otherwise "I know more than you CenturyLink" guys out there, I present to you, a rare look behind the curtain on what a typical screen @ centurylink looks like. Here, you can see what we see when we see a site trained up and running. You can see the customer has an excellent train rate, high noise margins, low attenuation, and they're actually a tad overprovisioned. Line looks great, and has been very stable without any issues.
