I switched over from about 20mbs to gigabit service and now 5 months later and 9 phone calls later we are still getting billed for 20mbs service and the Gbit service. This months bill says we owe them $600.00 for additional charges. I have contacted the BBB as well as the commerce commission since this is pure BS. The first two calls told them to cancel the 20mbs service and we are still getting charged then they told us we had to have a tech come out to fix it so we weren't being billed for two lines. So the tech came out and his first question was "why did the send me out when they can do this all from desk?" I am at a lose of what to do. Next letter will go to a local TV station and MN attorney general office.
