How to assign 5 CenturyLink static IPs to 5 routers / Bridge Mode

I just got a Zyxel Modem from Century Link and 5 usable Static IPs in a block of 8. I configured the modem for "transparent bridging" and configured the PPOE credentials on a DD-WRT router and now it is using the "Reserved Gateway" IP address. CenturyLink doesn't count this as one of the "5 usable" but it works. But I don't know how to get a static IP address bound to the WAN configuration on other devices. I configured a second router with the PPOE credentials but it does not get an IP Address from the modem. How do I specify the remaining WAN IP's when I connect more firewalls to the modem. PPOE configuration screens on most devices don't have a place to specify IP information (including on a Windows computer). I read in another forum that a user found his ISP automatically assigned his additional static IP addresses to additional routers attached to the modem. Unrelated . . my Comcast modem will do NAT/DHCP and Bridging for Static at the same time . . but they are twice the price for half the speed. Hoping to replace with this new CenturyLink setup.
