I called today to try to get a $10 + tax credit for my returned rented modem which they already received and the CenturyLink customer service agent who sounded like she just got out of bed told me that their Internet or systems there is down and they can't do anything. I told her that they are the Internet company, how could it be done and asked how often this sort of thing happens and she said sometimes. She then said to try back in a couple of hours. Is this pretty typical with CenturyLink?
