I am using my phone service as I type this and its super frustrating to see that my internet STILL keeps going off and on even after 4 tech visits. I'm not sure if it's the wiring in the "customer network interface." I'm new here so I may not know some of the jargon used. Another thing to note, is after we ended our telephone service, things began to go bad with the Internet for some reason. I don't think it's the modem because one of the techs replaced our old modem with a new one. Any suggestions? thanks in advance.
