My service 1.5/256 - Had upload issues over the past few weeks. Download is usually on the money, but the upload goes up to speed then falls to nothing in a matter of seconds. My mother and my daughters line speed is about the same. We live within a half mile radius. Hope this gets resolved as video chat with relatives is no longer possible at 1.49/0.03
