**Edit-- apparently my replies are up now, so I'm not sure what happened. Seems it was locked, then unlocked so I'm confused.**
Wow, so supposedly I'm rude, but now strange things are happening and I can't reply on the thread I started about my telecom issue. I can only assume the forum guys who were insulting me also did something to my post or my privileges on the forum without my notice.
Well, for those following this thread, here is the original link,

and here is a copy of the most recent part of the exchange:

It doesn't really matter who is at fault. If you want something done, being nice to those who you need to accomplish the task goes a long way to getting it done.
You know what you need to do now. Either call in while your roommate is there and get it done, or send an email to Joey and ask for his help (talktous@centurylink.com).
You can express your dislike for CenturyLink here, all you want, and nobody will bother you. If your attitude toward the members here is not good, their treatment of you will be the same.
****Me (irjowo99)****--
Amazing.
Being rude to me provokes my anger which is apparently illegitimate. Being rude to you provokes your anger, which is apparently legitimate.
"you know what you need to do now." Eerily similar phrasing.
Your attitude toward me is not good, so my treatment of you is the same as your treatment of me.

Ignoring the reality that there is a cost associated with making a change to the account doesn't mean it will disappear because you don't think it justified. The employees who are performing the work to make the change have wages and benefits that are paid by charging for services provided to customers.
Since you that stated you qualify for low income credits, the cellphones available thru the lifeline are relevant to addressing your phone needs. Low income credits only apply to telephone portion of your bill and would not reduce the cost of internet service.
If you simply want to whine and complain about how unfair you think the cost is, instead of understanding why the cost exists and another option for low income service, the more appropriate forum is located here:

Who's ignoring reality? I mentioned the millions of dollars to name the stadium. This you did not respond to.
No. I want landline.
If you simply want to whine and complain about the fact that I have rights, the appropriate forum is elsewhere.

I am not shifting anything. What is your purpose posting here, to vent or to get help? I am just trying to figure out what you want. I am not saying they are not to blame, but
the question is what do you want to do about it? If you want to try to get some further help, Joey has offered. If you are just fed up and sick of Centurylink than show them what you think and see about taking your business elsewhere.
****Me (irjowo99)****
What I want I have already made clear. What I want to do about it I have already done.
Taking business elsewhere-- again, cruel jokes seem to be the forte around here.

Again, if you want help it is available to you here from Joey. If not, that is okay. Which ever way you choose I hope things work out for you. Not much more here to discuss.
****Me (irjowo99)****
I am available to Joey, and C-Link owes me a call. I hope you choose to start behaving with integrity. Lot's to discuss, but you refuse. Typical.
