Have a DSL circuit that is reporting some strange behaviors, and assuming the answer is saturation of 'Upstream' bandwidth--however want to get feedback/opinions on whether it may be something else.
Assuming that the 'Upstream Discarded' is actually just the inability for the circuit to keep up with the demand and is retransmitting and queueing the data.

Would appreciate any feedback on whether this has been seen before on a DSL circuit and if my assumption is correct.
