Hi all,
I'm currently paying too much to Comcast for 55Mbps plus voice service. I'm considering the Centurylink $45 price for life option and an Obihai phone device.
I'm in the St. Paul MN (Oakdale) area. Until recently, Centurylink's website only offered me 20Mbps (sometimes only 12). Now the website says I qualify for 40Mbps. (There's a plate in my yard in the ground that says Centurylink fiber... why can't I have that???)
Anyway, what would the upload speed be that goes with the 40 service? I'm guessing that will be two 20 lines bonded together? Is that a bad thing? Should I notice much difference from Comcast's 55 service?
