Service issues

So my 25/2 DSL has been having some issues. The speed has been about what I pay for but there seems to be high latency and perhaps some packet loss and errors which are causing unstable and intermittent connection problems. I have attached my modem stats page. Their internet chat support is worthless and first tried to tell me that I should upgrade my speeds (LOL) then suggested I replace the modem. The modem is a C1100T. I do notice on the admin page "DSL Line Status" often says "MARGINAL" or even "POOR" where it used to generally always say "GOOD". Any ideas? And if I wanted to use a different VDSL2 modem, which would I procure? I don't like renting from CL but didn't want to spend a bunch on a modem and not like the service or decide to continue with CenturyLink. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!
