I'm thinking of switching my ISP provider and am testing CenturyLink. I've always tested my firewall with ShieldsUP!
With my current cable provider all ports report as stealth. However, with CenturyLink only four ports so report and I fail the test.
I've received no meaningful help from CenturyLink. I noticed the firewall in my modem settings is disabled by default. However, enabling the firewall produces no change.
I believe CenturyLink uses PPPoE. Is that the problem. Is anyone else testing their ISP with ShieldsUP?
