I have a C2000t (modem & router) which has served us well until recently. Changes to our home have created some wifi weak/dead spots. I considered various extender technologies - but would really like to move to a mesh network. (We have this already with Sonos, and I really like the way it just WORKS. :-)
CenturyLink reps have provided conflicting advice about whether I can just add a mesh router to the C2000t, and about how to do so. I am considering replacing with C2000t with a dedicated modem and mesh router - looking at the eero solutions.
I would be grateful for any advice or guidance in this matter.
I am on copper. No fiber available yet...but I will move to that when it becomes available.
