Hello,
I've been experiencing very high latency spikes for about two weeks now. Around the 2-3K range which makes speaking with family over Skype or gaming impossible. I'm hoping that someone here can give me advice as to what could be done to remedy the situation. I've contacted CenturyLink multiple times and they keep telling me that everything is fine or that there's a network outage. I really don't want to have to switch ISP's due to this.
