charged me 4x the amount for internet 3 months in a row. Each month I called to make sure my promotion discount was valid - each month they confirmed it was. each month they bill me $120 for a $30 internet plan. When I called for a refund I was on hold and disconnected for over 5 hours, I finally got them to agree to refund me which will process sometime 2+ months from in december....
how is this legal? this internet company shouldnt exist.
