[CenturyTel] Westell327W: Can't access wired device from WIF

I am on CenturyLink 3 Mb DSL with Dynamic IP and use the Westell 327W modem/router. I have a DVR-based Security camera plugged into the 327W with an Ethernet cable. I have a WIFI network established with the 327W that is fairly reliable. I cannot access the DVR with a smartphone using the WIFI network. I am able to access the DVR with a smartphone using the 3G connection (from outside the 327W). I also have a Trendnet WIFI camera with the same issue. Are there any settings that would stop a device on the WIFI network from accessing a device hard-wired to the 327W? I have screenshots of every page of the 327W set-up that I could attach if that would help. I appreciate any and all comments. KTM3002
