Our DSL has been terrible every afternoon/evening for 2 straight months now, and there's never been even a hint of improvement. High pings and speeds sit around 0.2mbps for hours and hours at a time, but we're told there's not enough customers in our area to cause bandwidth exhaustion. The problem has apparently been handed off to the engineers and we call the local supervisor every day, but this is just getting ridiculous. What the heck goes on at this company that an issue that causes an entire area to be barely able to send email for 10hours a day can go on for months on end? I mean I know this is kind of a rant, but seriously, do they ever fix these kinds of problems or is switching to cable if it ever becomes available the only way we'll ever get decent service again?
