Is anyone else having trouble with YouTube and only YouTube loading at about 25% of normal speed during the day? This started sometime Sunday afternoon (June 5) and has been happening every day since. At night or early morning (2-6am) it goes back to normal and I can watch 1080p@60fps just fine. Even though I know the modem can't throttle a single website, I power cycled it and my router but of course that didn't fix anything. My apartment building has a media center with DSL from TDS Telecom and sure enough, YouTube loaded just fine on any of those computers.
It's frustrating to be in an area without true broadband but paying broadband prices, but now I have to get up early in the morning just to be able to watch a 10 minute YouTube video without it taking 30-40 minutes.
