Here I am again with more problems with CenturyLink. Several times a day my service slows down to a crawl, with speed tests showing 0.36 Mbps down and 0.02 Mbps up. My ping jumps into the thousands, and when I go to my modem page and do a diagnostic test DNS Resolve fails, as well as DNS #1 and #2. Will a separate router fix this issue? Zyxel C1100Z running on 12 Mbps plan synced at 15. This modem is only 2-3 months old, as the C1000Z I had kept dropping my connection.
