I am switching from Cox (110/15) for about the same price. My price online showed as cheaper than what the person said on the phone, but they made a note in the system and I hope they will honor it. Otherwise, I'll just stick with cox. In any case, what hardware do I need to ensure I am getting the best speeds? I do a lot of streaming and gaming. I currently have a high-ish end cable modem that I understand will not work. I also have a Netgear R6250 AC router that I've been using for ~1.5 years. Can I or should I continue to use my router? Should I buy a dsl modem or use whatever they bring? Does it broadcast 5 ghz? I'd prefer to buy it for $100 rather than lease it. Thanks! I've never had dsl before. Centurylink (non "group" AFAIK) Las Vegas area Internet only (no bundling, prism, etc)
