I ran the dslreports speed test and got a "d" on buffer bloat, "f" on quality and speed. A chat with Centurylink said I had good line quality and hinted the problem might be with the modem. I have an Actiontec GT701D modem and an ASUS RT-n66U router. The basic ping numbers were 67-1004ms with 5% loss and low bandwidth stream was 113-1765ms with 12% loss. Any suggestions?
