Has anyone else been getting loyalty discount emails from CenturyLink? Last month I got an email about $5 off my bill, and I just now got another one. The subject is "Put $5 back in your wallet. We just want to say thanks!" It involves a small bit of work. I had to click on a link in the email which took me to a CenturyLink "customer loyalty" web site, entered in my ZIP code and the promo code that's in the email. That took me to another page where I entered my name, address, and CenturyLink account number. After that I was taken to a "successful" page that told me the discount would be applied to my bill in the next 1 to 2 months. The one that I did last month showed up on my bill that I got a couple days ago, so I did the one they just now sent me also - which I'm guessing will be on next month's bill. I'll take whatever discount they want to give me - especially when I didn't even ask for them! :)
