Customer service with CL has been terrible!
I have had more than a few times where the ONT goes offline for no reason and reboots and CL tell me they see no issues on their end. I can confirm the router is not resulting in the issues as the same things happen with my CL router and the Ubiquiti Edge. I am the first person (as I am aware of) in Queen Anne to get their Gig service and I rely on the internet for work (work from home doing software/data center engineering) so when the internet is down I am dead in the water. Am I the only one who has constant issues?
CL said they will send a tech out but it will be more than 10 days. I think I only have 30 days to cancel so that would put things really close.
Thoughts?
