This cropped up within the past week or so (prior to that, this wasn't a problem in the past yea or more)--during the time slot of around 6-7PM EST to about 12-1AM EST, I experience experience an extremely slow connection to a number of European servers (a prime example would be: http://www.nanotrasen.se). This occurs consistently and seems to only happen with other Centurylink customers; other individuals in the United States don't seem to experience this issue during the same time block.
Local connection, bandwith, jitter, latency, packet loss, etc is fine--as is downloading from the vast majority of US servers--it's just a handful of European servers that seem to be problematic.
Either case, can anyone from Centurlink confirm this problem or potentially escelate it to be looked into (or at least point me int he proper direction of who to notify...goodness knows entry level tech support will give me the run around thinking it's a local connection issue).
