So I've had three techs come out to my house and tell me nothing is wrong.
The last one told me packet loss is normal.
Today I called up them up. Tech told me there was nothing wrong. I augured for the past 30 mins had him pull up old tickets. I than instructed him to view the drops from today. He told me the last last 6 hours there was only 3 drops. I told him in the past 1 1/2 hour there was atleast 6 drops. He than agreed yes I see the 6 short drops. He offered to send a service tech out. I said no. I want to speak to a manger.
Asked to speak to a manger I was than hung up on and never got a call back with my callback number.
I would never recommend centurylink to anyone.
