So this became a problem about two weeks ago. Nothing changed. I didn't buy a new router, new modem, anything. Basically, my internet will die randomly throughout the day for a matter of seconds, enough to disconnect me from everything for those few seconds before reconnecting me. It happens not only on my computer, but my husbands as well and also our PS4. I've tried both wirelessly and wired, and the problem persists. I contacted our ISP about ten times and all they ever say is "we see no drops in your connection." They've sent guys out who have re-wired our outside wiring, and that hasn't helped. I went and purchased a new router and modem today to see if that helped, and alas it has not. Does anyone know what this could be? I'm out of options. I took logs these past two days of when I was awake to see when the dropping occurred, and here those are. It may be just me, but it seems to happen more during the day?
