Absurd CenturyLink repair times

Internet drops all of the sudden and the modem has not trained up at all in several hours. After multiple power cycles, we call to get a repair tech sent out to fix it. 5 DAYS?!?!?! That is just absurd. They have on call techs for a reason. I could go out and find 5 of them sitting in their trucks right now not doing anything and they have the balls to tell me 5 days to get one out to fix their shittiness. I advise everyone stay away from them and that they change their tagline on their automated phone system "#1 in customer satisfaction"
