About a month ago I sent in a complaint and just now got a reply. Of course it was what I expected. I am in an extremely oversold area.
Lie #1 - CL has no record of technical issues in my area. I have sent in several myself and I cannot believe that I have been the only one over three or so years to do so.
Lie #2 - My line is testing at the provisioned speed. I have a months worth of FCC speedtests that say otherwise. I sent this data to the FCC.
They have no intention on improving / fixing the issue. Which is sooo awesome.
