I moved today, and stayed with CenturyLink. I have a Qwest branded Motorola 3347 that worked fine this morning at the old address. At the new address, I get no DSL or Internet lights at all. But the Catch 22 is that no tech can come out because my Qwest branded modem is unsupported. So I have to buy a new modem so that someone can come out and determine that CenturyLink's line or jack or whatever is malfunctioning. I just want to know if others have had similar experiences with moving service.
