3rd hop is always 50-52 and has been for over 2 years. I talked with a rep on the phone and she just said "we only guarantee speed (I think she meant bandwidth), not latency." I've seen a couple of tracerts around here and it seems like a bunch have ~10 ping to their ISP. Is this a wiring/hardware issue that can be fixed or should I just look into a different ISP?
