Apparently I didn't set up my autopay correctly, and I haven't been paying my bills. Instead of a friendly e-mail, c-link dropped the axe on my connection. Called to find out what was the issue and was ntold I hasn't paid(surprise to me!) so I paid what I owed. Tech said 2-24 hours. We are approaching 48 hours and apparently tech can't do anything because billing has to generate the goddamn ticket to unblock me. I'm beyond furious.
