If I look up my address at https://www.centurylink.com/fiber/plans-and-pricing/minneapolis-minnesota/ it tells me that yep, I'm good to go for gig fiber.
If I tell them I'm a current customer and log in to my account, they offer no more than 12Mbps DSL.
I called, and they said it's "a glitch" but sure, they can hook me up - then quoted prices $30/month higher than advertised on the web. "Can you match the web price?" "Nope."
Has anyone else had this experience? At this point I'm tempted to order it as a new customer, and ask them to port my existing Centurylink number to Centurylink, and watch the gears grind to a halt at Centurylink HQ. ;)
