**Is their anything i can do??

I have centurylink service, on an only 1.5 Mbps speed but i only get .50 Mbps. Apparently my place is the farthest from the internet tower or hub. I called and asked them to send me a reboot signal a few times, as a result, my speed goes back up to 1.5 Mbps but that only lasts about 24 hours until is goes back down :( Can anyone suggest anything, anything at all? HELP
