I seem to periodically disappear from connectivity to certain web sites. This is true both with wire and wireless. Initially CL said I needed a new modem, so I went from a Q1000 to a C1000A (VSDL2 50/5). The intermittent connectivity remained. Line tests from CL appear to show no issues. In doing my own troubleshooting out of frustration, I see the following in my router stats:

Question #1: CRC errors are often associated with bad cables. Is it recommended that I check from the NID to rule out internal cabling issues?
Question #2: CL told me that even though the CRC errors looked high, this would not affect my connectivity. They also told me they could check my house wiring remotely and it looked fine. Is that even possible?
Question #3: Can someone explain what the 30 Minute CRC/FEC measurement does?
Many thanks in advance! You all rock!
