Century link has tried to push this off on Ncsoft as I notice the issue while playing the game Wildstar for quite a while now. I have called them numerous times, with no avail. The phone techs are always fine no issue but the next step up (engineers as they call them) will not address the issue. They are sending a tech again, but last time they just claimed I wasn't get the speed I was paying for and they deleted and reset my account on their servers. Now they have scheduled again for the tech to come out, we will see happens from there, but so far they have been not been addressing the issue.
