So I have been waiting 4 months for service with CL. They have been "testing" the GPON installation in my neighborhood. I was 2nd to close back in May. I have been without service for over 4 months. NO INTERNET NO PHONE NO SERVICES W/ CL at all.
Today, I see a CL truck down my street, after being promised an installation date for over 2 weeks from now. The guy who closed like 2 days ago is getting service before me. I call and demanded an install date for today. I havent had service at all and at this point I am pretty pissed because I have been like calling every week to get installed.
They claim they are booked. Well how did this guy get in before me after all my order T70063111 has been in their system for over 4 months. I called the corp phone number and NOBODY has been able to help and they are continuing to refuse to install on dates that I can make it. On top of that being out of service for over 4 months is ridiculous.
How do you expect a customer to not be irate when their order keeps getting pushed back and no one knows why nore does anyone want to help and get a truck out here. All I keep hearing from them is NO we cant do that.
Can anyone help? At this point I can understand why people complain so much about this company. Their employees dont give a damn. On top of that they claim that their employees dont do GPON installs on the weekends. Well if you so dam backed up then why are they not getting overtime and doing it!
