I was in Fairfax, which is just north of downtown, recently and saw the Calix C7, didn't open to see what was inside.
The COT working there mentioned that GPON was coming.... She had no idea where it would be in the field.
Comcast has coax in downtown, but I don't believe they have any fiber to any businesses in Spokane.
